QR Code Withdrawal/Deposit

QR Code Withdrawal/Deposit

ICBC Turkey customers can now withdraw and deposit contactless from any ATM in Turkey. Moreover, any withdraw or deposit* transaction above 200 TL with QR code from other bank ATM’s is now also free of charge for ICBC Turkey Bank Mobile App users.

How to Withdraw:

After logging in to the ICBC Turkey Mobile Banking, click on the "QR Code Transactions" menu on the below Menu.
Click on the “Withdraw” tab on the upper tab in the QR Code Transactions menu.
Select the card you want to use for withdrawal and the amount, click on the “Confirm” button.
Scan the QR Code on ATM screen.
Then you can complete your transaction from ATM.

How to Deposit:

After logging in to the ICBC Turkey Mobile Banking, click on the "QR Code Transactions" menu on the below Menu.
Click on the “Deposit” tab on the upper tab in the QR Code Transactions menu.
Select the card you want to use for deposit and the amount, click on the “Confirm” button.
Scan the QR Code on ATM screen.
Then you can complete your transaction from ATM.

Issues to be Considered:

Withdrawal/Deposit can only be made in Turkish Lira.

*Currently, money deposits can only be made from ICBC Turkey Bank ATMs.
