QR Code Payment

QR Code Payment

ICBC Turkey Bank introduces a modern way of paying by using QR code scanning. No more need of carrying cash, or taking out your Debit/Credit Card. All you need is your mobile phone (with ICBC Turkey Mobile Banking App) now to make payments instantly and contactless.

With the Payment with QR Code feature, you can easily make payments on supporting merchants. Payments can be made using your Bank and Credit Card.

Our QR code payment feature is now available at Bonus POS!

Our customers will now be able to shop in installments from Bonus POS with QR Code and make their payments using bonus. In addition to all the existing ICBC Turkey QR Code payment options, the new version of the Mobile Branch allows our clients to pay in cash or in installments using with the credit card of their choice, or to complete their shopping using their bonuses.

How to Pay:

Make a purchase at any store supporting payment by QR Code.
After logging into the ICBC Turkey Mobile Banking, click on the "QR Code Transactions" menu on the below Menu.
Payment tab, on the upper tab in the QR Code Transactions menu is set default.
Scan the QR Code on the POS screen with your mobile phone camera.
Select the card you want to use for payment and click on the “Approve” and complete your payment transactions.

Issues to be Considered:

Payment with QR Code service is only available on supporting merchants.
Payment transactions can only be made via debit card and credit card that is linked to your QR feature.
Online shopping cannot be paid with QR code.
For refund/cancel transactions you can scan the QR Code generated by the merchant.
