Therefore, account cut-off dates of the credit cards, regarding which there is the Cash Advance in Installments transaction; may not be changed until the Cash Advance in Installments transactions are closed.
• Installment cash advance can be used in the minimum amount of 300 TL per transaction, and in the maximum amount of 20.000 TL per month. Furthermore; the limit in a single transaction is 1.500 TL and the weekly limit is 5.000 TL totally.
• No tax or transaction fee, other than interest, shall be charged for your Cash Advance in Installments transactions.
• Monthly interest rate applied for 3-12 months Cash Advance in Installments is currently 5.00% and can show difference according to the changes at in interest rates that is determined by Central Bank of Turkey.
• Cash Advance in Installments transactions, RUSF (Resource Utilisation Support Fund) at the rate of 15% and BITT (Banking and Insurance Transactions Tax) at the rate of 15%, shall be applied, and these rates are not included in the interest rate.
• Principal amounts of the installment amounts and the interest, tax and fund amounts relating to relevant installments, shall be indicated separately in the credit card account statement.
• If the sum of principal and installments amounts of your Cash Advance in Installments transaction, exceeds available limit of your credit card account; your transaction shall not be approved.
• For the principal amount of Cash Advance in Installments which is not paid on its payment due date, contractual interest shall be calculated, on the payment due date, retrospectively for the payment period.
• In case any Prepayment or Partial Closure is made, daily current cash advance interest shall be charged based on the remaining principal amount. Interest and taxes relating to an instalments charged in relevant period, shall not be refunded.
• In case partial payment is made or is not made, by taking into account its sequence in current payment closure order, cash advance interest shall be charged based on the remaining Cash Advance in Installments amount.
• When Prepayment or Partial Payment is made, interest charged for overdue interests shall not be refunded.
• On the day when Cash Advance in Installments is made, prepayment may be made, additional interest, RUSF and BITT shall be charged for the period until the payment due date specified in the first account statement.
• Cash Advance in Installments transactions, installments amounts shall be reflected to your account statement on the date stipulated in the repayment schedule.
• Cash Advance in Installments closure transaction may only be made via ICBC Turkey Telephone Branch. Cash Advance in Installments may not be closed via ICBC Turkey ATMs.
• According to the “Regulation Amending the Regulation on Bank Cards and Credit Cards”, which has been published in the Official Gazette dated 8 October 2013, in case, three times in a calendar year, you make payment below the minimum amount required to be paid for the total debt amount incurred in relevant term, until the payment due date, such credit card you hold, shall be closed for using cash advance and limit increase evaluation, until your debt is paid fully.

• Enter/select, in the new page to be opened, the Cash Advance in Installments amount you want to withdraw.
