Experienced and unexperienced professionals are hired throughout a year based on annual recruitment plan. Applications through the online recruitment agents are assessed with exams and interviews and successful candidates offered jobs. Experienced professionals are hired in the end of interview sessions with the related department executives and HR. No exams executed for the experienced professionals.
Recruitment Process
For unexperienced candidates alongside the interviews, we may conduct various tests according to the position’s requirements such as English, general aptitude and personality test. The candidates finalising these stages successfully are hired as MTs (Management Trainee), STs (Sales Trainee) and are placed in the different departments in the end of Fundamental Banking Training.
Wage Policy
The salaries are determined on gross basis and paid in the end each month.
