In the Internet Banking login process, it is mandatory to use the User Name (Code) determined by the banks and generally it can not be changed. You can take the advantage of changing your user code/name used at ICBC Turkey Internet Branch and determine one according to your preference from Settings-Change User Name menu at any time.
Push notification is a method that enables you to log in by confirming the Mobile Notification sent to your device paired with ICBC Turkey Mobile Branch instead of SMS Password, for logging into Internet Branch and money transfer transactions.
After entering your password while logging into the Internet Branch, a notification will be sent to your device that is paired with the ICBC Turkey Mobile Branch. You can enter the Internet Branch by clicking the confirm button in the notification received.
Within the scope of the Regulation on Information Systems of Banks and Electronic Banking Services, if you have a device paired with ICBC Turkey Mobile, Mobile Notification is used instead of SMS Password.
In order for the Mobile Notification to reach you, you must allow the notifications from the Settings »Notifications» ICBC Turkey page of your device. In case your notifications are turned off, you need to click on the notifications tab on the home page of your application to approve.
When you log in to the Internet Branch, after entering your password, a "Secret Welcome Message" determined by you is displayed. By checking this message, you can confirm whether you are on another fraudulent site.
While using Internet Branch, there is a Virtual Keyboard located in each section that requires password entry. Consequently your password is protected from malwares like key-logger. Selecting the random option will increase your security.
One Time SMS Password is a unique and single use 6 digit numeric password that is sent by ICBC Turkey to your mobile phone registered to bank system while entering the Internet Branch or for money transactions.
By default, we terminate your Internet Branch session if there is no activity for 5 minutes. You can change your time out period as below as 1 minute from “Settings-Change Time Out” menu if you would like to.
All your transactions done in Internet Branch are being logged.
