Within the scope of the criteria set forth in the Regulation on Accessibility to banking Services, published by the BRSA (Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency) in the Official Gazette dated 18.06.2016 and no.29746; our Bank targets to provide our disabled customers and customers over 70, with the opportunity to conduct their banking transactions easily.
