How can I pay my credit card statement balance?
A transaction fee of TL 2 applies to payments made via Şekerbank branches and will be charged in your next statement. You may also give an automatic payment order through our branches or via Internet Branch. If you have more than one primary card, a separate statement is issued for each, and payments must be tracked individually.
At which exchange rate are my international transactions calculated?
Your transactions are reflected on your statement in TL or USD, based on your selected payment preference. Overdue USD balances as of the statement due date will be converted to TL at the Bank’s selling rate plus 1%, and the resulting TL balance will accrue contractual interest.
