How can I benefit?
> Regardless of the airline or ticket class you choose for your travels, you can benefit from partner lounges around the world by presenting your DragonPass membership to the lounge staff.
> You can enjoy this privileged service with a total of 4 lounge entries per year.
To benefit from the DragonPass service;
> You must be an ICBC Turkey Platinum or Diamond cardholder,
> Your total assets held within our bank must be at least TRY 1 million.
ICBC Turkey reserves the right to suspend or amend the campaign.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which cards are eligible to benefit from the program?
It is valid for ICBC Turkey Platinum and Diamond credit cards. The service is valid only for primary cards; additional cards cannot benefit from the DragonPass service.
How much assets do I need to hold with your bank to participate in the program?
You are required to maintain an average asset balance of TRY 1 million or above within our bank. This amount includes time deposits, demand deposits and investment funds (investment funds are limited to ICBC Turkey Asset Management Company funds sold by the Bank).
What happens if my asset balance falls below TRY 1 million?
If your asset balance falls below TRY 1 million, your eligibility for the program benefits will be re‑evaluated and your access to the service may be suspended. Once your balance meets the required conditions again, you may rejoin the program starting from the following month.
Can someone else use my lounge access rights?
No, the service is personal and exclusive to you.
Can other people without membership benefit from the lounge?
Within the scope of your membership, you have 4 lounge access rights per year. You may use these rights for yourself or for your family members or travel companions. Including the cardholder, a maximum of 3 people may enter the lounge per visit. The total annual usage is limited to 4 persons.
Can I take children to the airport lounge?
Many lounges allow children to enter the premises. Some lounges offer free access for children below a certain age. However, as each lounge has its own rules and conditions regarding children, we recommend contacting the lounge you plan to visit directly.
What documents are required to enter the lounge?
To enter airport lounges, your passport/ID and boarding pass are required for identity verification. In addition, you must present the QR code generated via the link shared by our bank to the lounge staff.
