WHAT IS THE GLOBAL PAY?

Developed by the ICBC Head Office in China for multinational corporations, globalizing Chinese enterprises, and local initiatives of overseas organizations, Global Pay is a payment product in the cash management category and an extension of centralized payment products overseas. This platform is designed to support locally based entrepreneurs of globally focused China-based companies.

The ICBC Global Pay product was implemented in ICBC Turkey in year 2025.

Through this platform, our customers can:

• Access their accounts at ICBC branches worldwide from a centralized location.
• View account balances and inquire about transaction details in real time.
• Issue payment instructions for both local and international money transfers.

By allowing our customers to manage their financial operations across multiple countries from a single platform, Global Pay enhances their business and provides a comprehensive payment and cash management solution.

Scope

It offers our customers a centralized access point to their accounts at ICBC branches worldwide. This platform enables customers to view account balances, query transaction details in real time, and conduct local and international money transfers (TL, USD, EUR, CNY) through the global pay connection.

It is essential that our customers, to whom we provide global pay services, authorize their accounts to their China-based parent company and its employees.

Under this authorization granted by the subsidiary of the parent company in China, the subsidiary will be able to view its accounts at our bank through global pay, query account transactions, and initiate transaction orders for money transfers.
