Use a Firewall

Hard Token is a physical device generating one time passwords for Internet Branch. The passwords generated by hard token are unique to every transaction and it will increase your security together with your username and password.
The passwords generated consist of 8 numeric characters. These passwords cannot be used for the second time by another user.
Soft Token is an application running on Java environment and generating one time passwords for Internet Branch. The passwords generated by soft token are unique to every transaction and it will increase your security together with your username and password.
Mobile is signature is an equivalent of wet signature according to the Electronic Signature Law numbered 5020 used in GSM devices. You can realize transactions requiring wet signature.
You can use Mobile Signature provided by Turkcell and Avea on ICBC Turkey Internet Branch.
You can use Mobile Signature in order to securely login Internet Branch and make money transfers.
You can make pre-application via Internet Branch to mobile signature or start using right away if you are already a mobile signature customer.
Mobile Signature and One Time SMS Password cannot be used together.

One Time SMS Password
One Time SMS Password is a unique and single use 6 digit numeric password that is sent by ICBC Turkey to your mobile phone registered to bank system. It is used for Internet Branch login and money transfer transactions.

User Code/Name Change
The user codes given by the banks are forced to be used on Internet Banking login and generally they are not changed by customers. You can take the advantage of changing your user code/name used at ICBC Turkey Internet Branch and determine one according to your preference.
There is a Virtual Keyboard located near every password entry section of ICBC Turkey Internet Branch. Consequently your password is protected from malwares like key-logger. Selecting the random option will increase your security.

At default, we terminate your Internet Banking session when you do not click any button for 5 minutes. You can change your time out period from settings if you would like to.

You can list all avaliable transactions via List Of Transactions. You have to use a one time password method in order to login Internet Branch. You can select one from the Security settings tab.
Always click on Secure Logout button when you want to quit your session.
